Before your first visit to our clinic, we will mail you insurance and health history forms. Bringing these forms filled out before your appointment will allow us to keep you on schedule for your first appointment. If there was not enough time to mail forms out ahead of time, we ask that you arrive 15 minutes early to fill them out before your appointment. These forms help us have a good record of your past health and also help you get more acquainted with our office.

Your initial exam will last approximately one hour. Oral hygiene instructions will be provided along with suggestions to help you care for your teeth. If you have current X-rays from another dental clinic, we ask that you bring those along to help provide comprehensive treatment; otherwise, we will need to take new X-rays to complete a thorough exam. In most cases, we will also clean your teeth at this visit and provide an evaluation that will outline any existing dental problems and proposed treatment.
